I am a PhD candidate in Department of Psychology at University of Amsterdam (UvA). My main research interest is problematic smartphone use and behavioral addictions. More specifically, I am investigating the definition, assessment, and underlying mechanisms of problematic smartphone use, as well as potential interventions to promote healthier smartphone usage habits. To achieve this, I employ mixed methods, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
